Lightning Fast Shipping

Most orders paid with credit cards and PayPal ship out the same business day or within 24 hours (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays).

  • CONTINENTAL USA & CANADA shipments are usually delivered within TWO to SEVEN (2 to 7) BUSINESS DAYS.
  • ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO & US TERRITORIES shipments are usually delivered FIVE to NINE (5 to 9) BUSINESS DAYS.
  • International AIR shipments are usually delivered within SEVEN to TWELVE (7 to 12) BUSINESS DAYS.
  • International SURFACE shipments are usually delivered within FOUR to TWELVE (4 to 12) WEEKS.

Tracking information is provided after your item has been shipped. This tracking information is displayed on your orders page. Additionally, a notification email is sent with tracking information. Please make sure your email address is up to date. If you have not received any emails from us, please check your junk email folder.

For your protection, ALL orders require signature on delivery.

Worldwide Shipping

Unlike majority of companies out there, we ship WORLDWIDE! We have vast experience working with all major shipping carriers and freight forwarding companies. For peace of mind, all international shipments are tracked and 100% insured. Please keep in mind that some countries charge duties and/or taxes upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control and are not available to us for quoting at the time shipping costs are calculated.

Superior Packaging

We do not want your items to get damaged during shipping. We take special care in the packaging process to make sure you receive your items in excellent condition.

In the unlikely event that your package gets damaged in transit, for your protection, please inspect the package BEFORE signing for it and have the driver make note of any damage. If your order is damaged during shipping, please photograph the damaged shipping carton and contact us. immediately so we could file a damage claim with the carrier. All original shipping cartons and packing materials MUST BE SAVED for inspection by the carrier. Discarding any of the original shipping materials will negate our ability to file a damaged package claim with the carrier.
