What is your return policy?

All parts can be returned within 30 DAYS of original purchase date. There is a 20% RESTOCKING FEE, we do not refund paypal payment processing fees, original shipping costs, and you are fully responsible for return shipping including actual shipping costs, brokerage fees, customs fees, import duties and taxes. All parts must bear original serial numbers and identifying marks (some are hidden or stored electronically in component board chips on electronic parts) which appear on all of our merchandise, must not be modified, damaged, disassembled, or altered in any way. Please contact us. for return instructions and obtain your RMA number.

Can I cancel my order if I ordered an incorrect part?

Mistakes happen if you fail to carefully read item descriptions, look at photos, and confirm parts fitment with your dealer. Please contact us as soon as you realize you've made a wrong purchasing decision.

If your order has NOT yet shipped out, we will gladly refund your payment but we cannot refund paypal processing fees.

If your order has shipped out, please wait to receive your package and we will send you return instructions. How are parts packaged for shipment?

All our parts are cleaned, wrapped in protective film, cushioned, and packaged into heavy duty cardboard boxes. Bulk orders are palletized or shipped in wooden crates.

Are parts accurately described?

We pride ourselves in being fully transparent about our products. Ever single item is described 100% accurately, all fitment information is disclosed, and any imperfections are throughly detailed in item descriptions and photographs. Rest assured, you will get exactly what you ordered.

Do you sell in bulk?

Absolutely! Many of our customers that specialize in certain vehicle models are purchasing in bulk and enjoying discounted pricing. Please contact us for more details.

When can i expect my order to be delivered?
  • CONTINENTAL USA & CANADA shipments are usually delivered within TWO to SEVEN (2 to 7) BUSINESS DAYS.
  • ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO & US TERRITORIES shipments take FIVE to NINE (5 to 9) BUSINESS DAYS.
  • International AIR shipments are usually delivered within SEVEN to TWELVE (7 to 12) BUSINESS DAYS.
  • International SURFACE shipments are usually delivered within FOUR to TWELVE (4 to 12) WEEKS.

Orders are processed as soon as they are received and are shipped out within 1 BUSINESS DAY after full payment has been received and cleared.

Tracking information is emailed to you after your item has been shipped. This tracking information is also displayed on your orders page. Please make sure your email address is up to date. If you have not received any emails from us, please check your junk email folder.

Why was my order delayed?

Your order was likely delayed because we are missing important information needed to process your order. Orders get delayed for one of the following reasons:

  • You have not provided a working phone number.
  • Your address is a PO Box or an APO.
  • There was a problem with your payment and information supplied for the payment.

Should any problem occur, we will notify you and work with you to resolve it. Please make sure your email address and phone number are up to date. If you have not received any emails from us, please check your junk email folder.

What should I do if i have not received my order?

If you have not received your package within the speficied time frame please track your package and contact us. We will work with you to resolve this issue.

Can I arrange my own shipping?

Unfortunately, no. We are able to provide better service for our customers when we package items, select shipping method and arrange our own freight pickups.

Do you ship items outside of USA and Canada?

Unlike majority of companies, we ship world-wide. However, INTERNATIONAL customers OUTSIDE of USA, CANADA and select few other countries are required to pay with Bank wire, Moneygram or Western Union.

What shipping methods do you use?

We work with all major freight carriers. All packages within USA and Canada are shipped via ground services. International packages are shipped via surface or air, depending on customer's choice. We strive to offer shortest possible shipping times and carier is determined at time of shipping. All items are shipped with a tracking number and will require an adult signature on delivery.

Do you ship to PO Box or APO addresses?

No. Since all packages require an adult signature at delivery, we cannot ship to PO Box or APO addresses.

What happens if my package gets damaged in transit?

If your package gets damaged in transit you must sign for the shipment as "RECEIVED DAMAGED". The shipping carrier will be fully responsible for the damaged package. Please photograph the damaged package and contact us.. We will open a damage claim for you.

What happens if my package gets lost in transit?

All packages are fully insured. If the unlikely event your package gets lost in transit, the shipping carrier will be fully responsible for the loss. If your package is lost, please contact us. and we will open a lost package claim for you.

Why won't my replacement seat belt retractors unroll?

All seat belt retractors are inspected and tested after dismantling. They are shipped with webbing partially unrolled and it is important to not let the webbing retract prior to installation. If you accidently let the seat belt webbing retract and it won't unroll, please contact us and we will send you instructions how to resolve this issue.

Can I install airbag system components myself?

You can install airbag system components yourself if you DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERY first and have mechanical knowledge necessary to accomplish this task. If you require assistance and instructions, please contact us and we'll gladly walk you through the entire process.

What airbag system components need replacement after collision?
  • Deployed airbags.
  • Deployed seat belt retractors if they are locked or making rattling noise.
  • Deployed seat belt buckles on the same side as deployed seat belt retractors.
  • Clocksprings if their connector plugs melted.
  • Airbag computer modules.
